Personal Profile
I am a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana born in Merrillville and raised in Crown Point. I am a second generation realtor. Growing up, my mother was a realtor and father a builder, real estate is in my blood! As a young child, I found a passion for homes while visiting home-sites with my father. There was always something about the smell of new homes that I loved. In 2009, at 18 years old, the state minimum requirement to apply for your license, I became a licensed realtor. I am now a perennial multi-million dollar producer who works relentlessly to give my clients the best service they deserve! I have a beautiful wife, Mackenzie and three children, Layla, Lilliana & Luka. My free time is either spent with my family or rooting for my favorite Chicago sports team. If I'm not doing one of those, I enjoy reading various books on growth and success. My relentless pursuit to always do and be better is what will give you an invaluable resource in the real estate world and the leverage you need to set you apart from the crowd. Seller reviewIn our initial meeting with Mike Cacovski,he presented himself very professionally and was polite and interested in listening to our needs and desires. He possessed a critical knowledge of the market our house was located in and was instrumental in listing the house for the proper dollar amount. Mike effectively used social media to market our property and was always easy to reach when he had questions, concerns or needs. When repairs were needed after the home inspection, Mike was readily available with the names of contractors that could be used. And when the appraiser failed to properly appraise our property, Mike stepped in and worked to correct the appraiser's mistakes and facilitate the closing of our property. We would certainly use Mr Cacovski's services again and will recommend him to our friends.

His vast knowledge of northwest Indiana and the market made us feel at ease. Mike always answered questions quickly. He sent daily new listings that might be of interest and any listings we found he would make a showing of it happen. There was no pressure just patience.
