Buyer reviewMy wife and I had been in an active search for property to build our retirement home. Due to COVID it was very much an internet search. We live on the east side of the state looking to build on the west side near Lake Michigan. Contacted Mike to possibly represent us in a property purchase. From the first contact Mike was professional friendly and courteous. We made arrangements to meet for a face to face at the property of interest and discuss our plans and to discuss our offer on the property. Mike took your interest from there and helped make it happen. Several emails later the seller excepted your offer and we closed on property purchase. With out any question Mike Healy is a first class representative. With the information and knowledge of the area from Mike we have made contact with a local construction company and are in the process have plans made to build our home.
