Mike Maggini of CENTURY 21 Circle

I was referred by a family friend to use Cait's estate sale service to sell the contents of my parents house. In speaking with Mike, we then discussed possibly continuing with him as our realtor. It was very convenient to use the same company to take care of everything! Mike was so very friendly and we really got along great! Mike made the whole experience so easy! I'll admit I was stressed about having to sell my parents house since I had an emotional tie to the house. However, the process was made so much better having Mike in our corner and watching out for our well being. I felt very much protected and at ease having him work with us. I could not have imagined a better experience. I would recommend him to anyone! The comments I made in the previous section were all how great Mike was. I truly consider him a friend now after our experience. He was so very nice and trustworthy. He was always friendly and understanding. He knew it was rough for me to sell my parents house, yet he managed to make me feel so much better about the whole situation. I have never had such a great experience with a realtor before! He is an amazing person and great at his job!

Mike did an amazing job! He paid attention to every detail from day one all the way to past closing. An absolute professional who went above and beyond with not only the pricing strategy but also the showing availability and all of the follow-through. An absolute stellar job and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a referral.

Mike and his sidekick Zoey (furry kind) were great to work with. He was engaging and kept us fully informed after each showing and once under contract through closing. Will definitely use him and Century 21 in the future and recommend him to others. Thanks for making this process easy.
