Mike Malone is a full time REALTOR® in Bloomington Indiana and a native Hoosier, having lived most of his life in South Central Indiana. He specializes in listing residential and land properties as well as helping buyers find their dream home in Monroe, Owen, Greene, Lawrence, Brown, and Morgan counties.

Throughout his career path, he continues to identify and implement practical solutions for his customers, communicates promptly, and listens attentively to the desires and concerns of his clients. He ensures client needs and expectations are met and is passionate about helping and advocating for his clients.

Mike has held various management and sales positions to sharpen his skills for results-focused negotiation Prior to joining the CENTURY 21 Scheetz team, Mike worked as a residential home inspector for a pest control company, specializing in performing wood destroying insect inspections. In addition to these and other common pests, Mike offered his clients practical solutions to various wildlife, rodent, and excessive moisture issues. Over the years as an inspector, Mike identified various problems with the customers' homes that most were totally unaware of. Many of these issues had substantial, associated unplanned costs, which could have been avoided had the homeowner worked with real estate agent to provide them sound advice from the get-go. As a REALTOR® with extensive residential experience, Mike enjoys helping guide his clients through this process and helping them to explore possible solutions.

Mike understands that buying or selling your home is one of the biggest decisions you will make during your lifetime and "the details really do matter".
