Though I was born and raised in Florida, I fell in love with South Carolina as a Gamecock student athlete and have called Columbia home ever since. I played football during the Spurrier era and made the most of every opportunity; I was awarded the Everyday Hustle Award and voted team captain in 2015. Seller reviewMike was attentive to our needs and was patient while we got ready to sell. He offered helpful advise on what repairs/improvements that were needed prior to listing the house. Once the house was listed it sold quickly (first people that saw it bought it). During the negotiation of the sale Mike offered sound advice, but was not pushy and let you make your decision.

Will recommend to all friends and family. Mike always communicated at every step, I always knew where we were in the buying process, never had to guess or wonder. He is superb!

Seller reviewMike's marketing says he is the hardest working Realtor in Columbia. This isn't false advertising. He is driven to succeed and goes way beyond the expectations. He could claim nto be the best realtor in Columbia and I would gladly sign out on this change. By far the best realtor I've dealt with in my 40 years of purchasing houses and investment properties. It is hard to find anyone with his work ethic at any age but to find it in someone so in their 20's is truly a great find. If you want somone who really cares that you find your perfect home, call Mike. You won't be disappointed. Simply the best.

Buyer reviewFirst of all, I moved here from another state and was paired up with an agent through the VA. Wasn't very happy with them so I looked elsewhere. Found another agent who really seemed like she just wanted to sell me the first house. Finally we had some friends recommend Mike, and good thing. Mike was absolutely awesome. Extremely quick to respond and answer my questions. I flipped flopped several times with my search criteria and even backed out of a contract, he understood and kept working to get me into my house. 10/10 for Mike. Will 100% recommend him to anyone in the area, and I'll be using him again in the future. Chill, respectful, hard working, hands down great guy and great agent.
