Mike was professional and knowledgeable at every turn. I have recommended him to my Mom and one other friend. When buying or selling in the Columbia area I won't use anyone else.

My wife and I were interested in a house on Zillow. Zillow has an option to connect you with an agent to see a house. We were connected with Mike Matulis. We were not seeking an agent at that time. However, Mike's professional but open/friendly nature and his commitment to showing us other houses in a timely manner made it an easy decision to have him as our agent and help us purchase the house we wanted. I would highly recommend Mike. You will feel like he's someone you've known him for years and you will feel very comfortable that he is working hard for you.
