Seller reviewThe renovation work on our house was completed on a Wednesday. Mindy had it listed that Friday and held open house that very weekend. By the following Tuesday, Mindy had sifted through almost 20 offers to narrow it down to a few strong offers for us to consider. Escrow opened that Friday and closed without a hitch 21 days later.
