A great experience all around! The whole process of buying and selling was so stressful! Having someone who was so knowledgeable and genuinely concerned guide us through it made it much more easier! I would definitely recommend Misti to all looking for an agent.

Misti Ray's knowledge of of home buying/selling was apparent the minute I talked with her. When she called me, her personality and energy came through the phone is a sincere fashion and I knew she was the right person to help my family buy our first home. The knowledge she shared on the county taxes and resale thoughts and concerns made my nerves go away on taking such a big leap and buying a home even in the middle of a pandemic. Again, Misti's knowledge was amazing. She brought things to our attention when viewing homes and even for the inspections. She gave me a list of inspectors and gave me feedback on each of them. Her attention to detail was so similar to mine, it was great to work with because she made me feel comfortable and not like an over the top picky buyer. She was amazing with closing and as I stated before, she helped take away nerves that my family faced. She was fantastic, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know. I would honestly push my friends and family to use her because of her attitude and professionalism. I will use Misti for any future changes on properties in my life as long as she is in the business.
