Personal Profile
I have been a Licensed Sales Associate with Century 21 High Desert since 2004. I am very passionate about home ownership, that is why I chose this career. I truly enjoy helping my Clients buy and sell homes. Whether that is finding the perfect starter home for first time buyers, right sizing to a different property or getting into your dream house. I specialize in all types of Residential property in Idaho Falls and the surrounding areas. I served our local association as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Tour Director for several years before being elected to serve on the MLS Board as a Local Director for the Greater Idaho Falls Association of Realtors. From 2008-2012, I served in several different capacities. I loved having the opportunity to be involved with a wide variety of community service projects during that time. Working with Habitat for Humanity and organizing blood drives for our Realtor Members with the Red Cross were a couple of the projects I was part of. I believe that service to the community and my Clients is a top priority. As your Realtor I will keep open lines of communication throughout the entire Buying or Selling process. I will ensure you understand each step of the process as you move through them. Seller reviewWe live out of state and Misty helped us sell our income property in Rigby. This listing and transaction required Misty to go above and beyond the typical realtor responsibilities to get the house fixed up, cleaned and ready to sell. Her network of contractors and commitment level to helping us do all the little, out-of-band things while we were states away made it possible for us to prepare, list and sell the house without ever having to travel back to Idaho. This is the fourth real estate transaction we've done with Misty. She's the best.
