We weren't really ready to buy at that time, but she asked if we wanted to receive information about houses in the area that met our needs for future consideration. She set up a nice portal for us, and we received listings throughout the year. She seemed to be the right broker to work with us from the first casual meeting at the open house. And, she was indeed the right person. Moe was very easy to work with as a person, and she was extremely professional and competent throughout the purchase process. John and I highly recommend Moe Smyth as she is right there with you through the entire process.
