I drove by my new place and saw her sign in the yard so I knew the home was for sale. I moseyed around the yard and decided to give her a call. She picked right up and we made rhe appointment to see the place next day; i believe is kinda how it went. From then on..... Molly was right on it!!! She's amazing

Miss Nolan was an absolute delight to work with. I found her through one of her listings on Zillow and decided to stick with her throughout the process because of her friendly demeanor and optimistic attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure we found what we want/need and not once did she try to convince us to just settle for something. Miss Nolan always made sure to answer all our questions and never made us feel as if we were taking to long or asking for too much.

Our agent is someone we knew and trusted before listing the home. We were very impressed with Molly. She was both professional and compassionate during the sale of our family home. She listened to my siblings and I but also balanced with her knowledge so we could all have a fast and successful sale of our childhood home. Our situation was complicated as we had several owners of our home we were selling. Molly did an amazing job at managing all of our opinions and needs. She gave us input on updates to make to our home that would get us top dollar. She sold our house fast but negotiated a great price for my siblings and I.

I can't say enough good things about Molly. I was referred to her by my local broker in Rochester, and glad I was. This was a very unique situation where we were selling my elderly parent's house in Johnson City. It was a very long, slow process getting them moved out and getting the house ready to be sold. Molly was extremely patient with us, all the while providing key advice regarding the process and recommendations. She allowed us to take the time needed, and never once pushed us to sell quickly. Molly's knowledge of the real estate landscape in Broome County was very impressive. I would highly recommend her to any friends/family that need a broker.
