It was a pleasure working with Molly Nye! My husband Matthew and I were first time home buyers and the whole process was very new to us. Molly helped us every step of the way and everything went smoothly!!! Molly was very professional and organized. She made it very simple and stress free for us. Molly went above and beyond. She sent emails with timelines and checklists. She also sent emails with contact information of inspectors, insurance companies, ect. so we had a choice of which company to chose from. She made personal phone calls to the lender when we couldn't get a hold of them to make sure they were following through and doing their part. Throughout the whole process she was positive, happy, and very honest about how buying a home worked. She answered any lingering questions we had and made sure we were comfortable with all decisions made before moving forward. She worked hard to make sure we got the home we loved and that shows how dedicated she is to her clients and her job. I can't speak highly enough about the job Molly did. We are very happy and pleased with our new home!!!

Molly and Missy were amazing! They went above and beyond helping us two different times to find our home. I always felt our needs were their top priority and they facilitated all the transactions while we were in Germany. Quite honestly I don't know how we could have done it without them!
