Buyer reviewMonica is passionate about what she does and it shows. She brings experience, knowledge and a but of humor to a usually stressful experience. Ehe you have Monica on your side, you know she is on it even before you text her. She anticipated so many of our questions and concerns and already had initiated action. Her knowledge of the age of the houses and the types of inspections to have done saved us $15,000. Her diligence got us to the closing completely satisfied with the results. She went over and above in so many ways from vacuuming the sand the plumbers tracked throughout the house, having a lockbox on the door for our late arrival (14+ hour drive in a day), and supplies at the ready! Excellence is rarely seen, but Monica Townley is the standard all realtors should hope to measure up to.

I've bought and sold in Colorado, North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, and overseas, with this Port St John property being the latest sale. Monica broke the mold on what I now expect out of Real Estate agents! Not only that, she was the only one I trusted to manage the rental side for 7 years, with some unique rental situations, making it work for everyone involved.

We had moved to another State and relied on her to handle everything and she could not have been better. We have several RE agents in our family, would still choose Monica. Seller reviewMonica handled everything very well for us. We had already moved before placing the property on the market, albeit it only 2 hours away. Monica reduced the frequency of our return trips by coordinating needed repairs based upon buyer inspections, stopping by the property to check on a variety things when requested and keeping us informed. She recommended a title company as we had little experience with these services. That company had an office near our new home which helped us with the closing process.
