Seller reviewWe first met Monica Medley about two years ago. At that time we were trying to determine the best course of action to take with our property (remodel, expand, or sell as is). Monica patiently and professionally gave us the options and probable outcomes, and then let us make a decision. We decided to "stay put" in the house. Monica stayed in contact with us, and periodically checked on our well-being. She new that my husband had some major medical issues. When we finally decided to sell the property, Monica was our first thought. Once we committed to the sale, the rest was in her hands. Monica took care of everything. She stayed in contact with us and got us the best outcome. She definitely "had our backs." I couldn't ask for anyone more supportive or professional. Our whole sales process was streamlined, stress-free, and positive. As i continue to say, "On a scale of 1-5 stars, I'd give Monica a 10+++"! She definitely has our recommendation.
