She was very helpful with staging the house and was always available by phone when we had a question. She kept us updated on what was happening with the inspections as well as keeping us in the loop with our lawyer and the buyer's attorney. Selling or buying a house is very stressful, and Monica and Liz Hughes went above and beyond by handling all the "behind the scenes" stuff so we could concentrate on cleaning and packing.

Monica checked all the boxes for us. she was friendly, knowledgeable, polite,respectful all while being incredibly patient with us. Finding our "perfect house" wasn't easy. Monica may have started out as our real estate broker but I believe we made a friend for life. After my initial meeting with Monica I knew right away I chose the right agent, she was confident and made it all sound easy. Outstanding on every level, a true professional. If I could take her to Tennessee to help me find my next home I wouldn't hesitate. Monica laid out the whole process for selling the house and didn't hold back anything. I knew what to expect, she was spot on. The house was staged to look its best, from the interior to photos. My place never look so good. She was a savior when it came time for the home inspection, appraisal, showings, open house, taking care of the cat ! another true professional. Selling a home can be a very stressful time, from the memories, to moving everything to buyer/agent back and forth. Most of which was brought on by me by letting it get inside my head. Monica knows how to negotiate a great deal. She works day & night, call or text her at 2 am I bet she is awake! Even with a hiccup with our house 2 weeks after the contract was signed our pool collapsed. We were devastated but through the whole process she assured us it was ok and kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was right everything worked out fine and in 61 short days we listed, sold and closed on our home. Now onto our next adventure!
