Seller reviewMonica sold my late fathers home for me. She was above and beyond helpful through the whole process. She had a fantastic knowledge of the area real estate and was able to translate that into getting top value for the home. She was not afraid to roll up her sleeves to make sure that things happened in a timely fashion. I am super grateful to have had her representing us through this process. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to help them buy or sell a home.

She helped us sell our home this time because we were not interested in choosing anyone other than Monica based on our past experience with her. Every positive attribute you would want in a realtor is part of Monica's make up. She did an awesome job for us. We listed it on the 15th and in less than a week we had an offer we accepted. We had a lot of work to do prior to putting our home up for sale and Monica Weltz was there every step of the way helping us. Monica did a "10 out 10" job. Her attention to detail, no pressure approach is refreshing. The results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend Monica Weltz.

Seller reviewMonica Weltz went above and beyond helping me sell my house to move close to my sister in Oregon. She was always so patient with me and set me up with docusign which was a tremendous help with the long-distance close. I love Monica! Monica swept the leaves off my patio when my gardener was on vacation during the showing. She bought me flowers and pillows for the staging of the open house. She even vacuumed the floors after the movers and I left for Oregon. I only wish I had Monica help me find my new home in Oregon. She was fantastic! I honestly did not expect my San Jose home to sell so quickly. Monica made it happen.
