Monica is a full-time Realtor with Century 21 Clemens Group.
She is a Connecticut native living and working in Central CT and along the Connecticut Shoreline.
Monica prides herself in bringing a new level of service to her clients from consult to closing. She has represented clients of all backgrounds and price points, from condos to luxury real estate.
Before working professionally in real estate, Monica was a professional photojournalist who worked for years focusing on coverage of the state of Connecticut for local, national, and international outlets giving her a unique knowledge of most Connecticut towns and communities.
Growing up in a real estate family, Monica brings a depth of knowledge of the industry, construction, renovation and the realities of buying and selling to her clients' experience. She lives with her husband and 4 large dogs, splitting their time between the Niantic Shoreline and Hartford County. Together, she and her husband also run a successful short-term-rental business specializing in Airbnb, which they love! In 2021, Airbnb even appointed Monica as the state's Airbnb Host Leader where she helps guide other hosts to providing great service and experiences for Connecticut visitors.

Seller reviewThis was not the first home sale that I've gone through, but it was by far the easiest and most convenient as a seller. Monica was involved from the staging process offering suggestions, as well as following up post sale! Monica offers a very modern process that made accepting and denying appointments very easy and convenient for my schedule. She handled all communications with the buyers, resulting in multiple offers that exceeded my initial expectations. I would highly recommend Monica to any prospective buyers and/or sellers and will definitely be using her for my next home purchase!
