When we found the one we wanted, he let us take all the time we needed to be sure the property would work for us. He was a great sounding board who listened and gave us things to think about that it might have taken us awhile to come to on our own. Finally, Myrick was great during negotiations and while finalizing the contract. As a purchasing agent he was wonderful to work with and I would recommend his services to anyone!
