I think I've said it all in the previous comments. Summary: Nadia was a super agent who gave 110% effort to the process. She kept me informed and advised me on many occasions. Her knowledge of real estate and the local area was invaluable. I consider her not only a superb agent, but a good friend. There were some sticky issues, like price; however, Nadia was very supportive in explaining the details of how it was determined, and what was a reasonable offer, considering the Lindale market. She was very fair (just the facts) and logical in her advise. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I was never disappointed in any of her actions. She stayed on top of everything throughout the whole process. She checked with me regularly during some of the transition periods (example: waiting for loan to be approved, and to be funded). It's a "no-brainer" about recommending Nadia to others. I'd feel VERY comfortable knowing they'd have a great an experience as I did. In addition, I had contacted another local, well established broker months before I met Nadia. The previous broker was, IMO, inattentive. Nadia contacted me during this time and I told her I was working with another broker. However, she kept in contact and kept emailing me with listings. It was done in a most professional manner, very polite, and was not annoying- just informative. I was greatly impressed with her patience and persistence. I finally decided that she should be my agent. So my experience with Nadia was a complete 180 degree flip.. "Night and Day" !! No suggestions for improvement; Nadia was extremely professional. She is a great agent to represent your firm. I think in time you will see how invaluable she is. I'll also add, before this I didn't know her. Therefore, my assessment is about as unbiased as it can be. Regardless, Nadia has changed my whole experience and opinion about realtors. She should keep doing her job EXACTLY the same as she does now. Fantastic !

As a first time home buyer, we found a foreclosure that had recently been taken off of the market. We contacted Nadia and she went out of her way to contact the seller's agent, get the property relisted and get the ball rolling on our deal. She explained each step of the process upfront and most of her work was done outside of normal business hours. The lender that she recommended was outstanding and they worked together to explain and thoroughly review 3 different mortgage products. Once we chose our product, Nadia went into aggressive mode to contact all of the right people to get us the best deal possible and to make sure we didn't pay a penny more than we agreed to, sending paperwork back to the seller's agent and seller up to 3x in some cases. She also kept us updated throughout the entire process. All of this allowed us to close in under 30 days. During this process I made the decision to propose to my girlfriend and to include her in the deal. Nadia went above and beyond to both assist with the proposal and make sure she personalized her communication style when speaking with each of us, helping to ease the inherent stress on both of us. She absolutely delivered on Century 21's commitment to turn transactions into relationships. I started this process skeptical of what a real estate agent could offer, but after doing business with Nadia, I refuse to do another real estate transaction without one.

Nadia is hands down AMAZING. When we wanted to let up, or didn't think we could afford the property, she fought for us and helped us WIN! Not only that, but she knows her stuff. She's consistent and honest which is most important to me. If asked to rate her on a scale of 1-10, she'd be given a 10 from us!
