Knowledge, Experience, and Hard Work are priceless. My name is Nancy Conley and I'm a Florida native. I am so grateful to be born and raised in Tampa. I grew up in South Tampa to hardworking parents who taught me that anything is possible if you are willing to work hard for it. They moved to Florida from New England in 1947 to start a family. My father's military friends told him Tampa was the place to be. I have to agree. To this day, every time I drive over a bridge or am out boating, I thank my parents for raising me in Florida!
I love everything about Florida from the weather, the water, our beautiful beaches, the BUCS, Bolts, and the Rays, and did I mention the sunny weather? I've been a beach lover since I was a toddler. I've always had the desire to be close to or on the water. It makes me happy and is good for my soul. I moved to Apollo Beach in 1984 to marry, raise a family and enjoy the waterfront lifestyle. We enjoyed living in the community and soon became boaters exploring the locale by boat with family and friends.
After years of corporate life at USF, Hewlett-Packard, Delta Environmental Consultants, and a few others, I set a goal to obtain my FL Real Estate license and start my own business. My close friends said I would be a natural in real estate sales. I joined C21Beggins as a full-time Realtor in 2006. I decided to specialize in waterfront homes as I had a thorough understanding of the waterways, Tampa Bay, and boating. Selling waterfront is unique depending on the type and size of boat, knowing the bridge locations and canal depths. I also enjoy assisting buyers and sellers in many areas of real estate in the Tampa Bay areas including but not limited to Brandon, Riverview, Ruskin, Wimauma, and Lithia.
My knowledge and expertise in the complex real estate market have been the keys to my success. My personal satisfaction received by helping people obtain their goals, whether buying or selling homes, makes me truly enjoy what I do. Getting back to the work values of my parents, I continue to work very hard for my clients to ensure they have the best experience possible. Buyer reviewNancy helped me sell a condo and buy a house in 2006. In the last 15 years, she's only become better. I had complete trust that she was my advocate trying to do what was best for me. From the moment I reached out, Nancy was on top of things and got everything moving on virtually all fronts. She was knowledgeable and accessible whenever I had questions (and patient when I asked things I probably should've known had I had more experience in real estate). She kept me up-to-date on what was happening, knew people for virtually everything if I didn't have my own people, and explained what she needed from me at each point along the way, which I found very helpful, but in a friendly guiding manner, not at all aggressive. I would definitely recommend Nancy to anyone who needs a helpful and trust-worthy agent (in fact, I already did tell someone "I had Nancy helping me understand the whole process. You need a Nancy").

Seller reviewGiven the circumstances of the current situation with COVID and my military constraints during this time, Ms. Conley was extremely patient and understanding of all obstacles that took place. Not only that, she had clear and concise plans in place to tackle any and all discrepancies as they arose on my end. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to all my needs, including a notary which helped with an unrelated task. I'm very appreciative of them all, and the coffee was fantastic! Overall, the sales experience would have been a nightmare if it wasn't for Ms.Conley and her market knowledge and understanding of my constant military report changes. Once my report date was concrete she was able to attain a buyer in under 24 hours with an impressive "close to goal" asking price. You're a true hero in this business and are greatly appreciated ma'am!!!
