The listed house we contacted her to see was sold to a higher bidder but our experience with her was so positive we decided to stay with her to find another look house. She watched out for us every step of the way and because she sent us listings most days we were in frequent contact. Nancy was right on the button, very attentive, knowledgeable, caring, respectful and always available. We did not feel pressured. It was clear that the most important thing for her was to help us find the right house. Nancy was also a good listener, pleasant, encouraging, upbeat and always a pleasure to be with.
