Seller reviewNancy Robinson is THE agent for our neighborhood. Her understanding of this market, value of homes, ideal buyer profile for specific homes, network of potential buyers, etc. is phenomenal and well known throughout our neighborhood. All of our neighbors on our block have successfully utilized Nancy to buy and sell their homes. Though we spoke with Nancy specifically about the sale of our home to confirm her as our agent, there was no need to consider anyone else. We were very pleased to have Nancy Robinson as our agent as she achieved the results we wanted in a remarkably short time and was a pleasure to work with.

We did not need the last one, we had an offer and accepted it before the scheduled open house. We were also extremely impressed and appreciate the photos taken by Caren, her work is head and shoulders above almost every real estate photos I have seen. The combination of Nancy and Caren provided us with a great package for marketing and selling our home.

Seller reviewSelling a home can be a stressful experience, but Caren and Nancy find a way to actually make it enjoyable! After working with them on the sale of our previous home and purchase of a new home, this time we tasked Caren and Nancy with selling our rental property. We couldn't have been happier with the results. They encouraged us to stage the property and push pricing, and I'm glad we listened to the advice of these seasoned professionals. We had a signed contract within a week on the market, and Caren's guidance on list price and marketing meant that we maximized our profit on the sale. My only regret is that we have no more homes to buy or sell in the foreseeable future that would allow us to work with the "dream team" again!
