Personal Profile
Growing up in North Carolina, I had the wonderful opportunity to be a regular visitor to the Grand Strand of North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach. In 1994 my husband and I purchased a lovely home on a channel of the Cherry Grove Inlet. It was always a dream to be considered a "local" and we have been fortunate that our dream became a reality much sooner than expected. Prior to my real estate career, I worked in the field of interior design. Most recently, I was a full time mother and community volunteer. As our two children grew and started to leave the nest, I decided to pursue a new career in real estate - a decision that has enabled me to fulfill a need to help others as well as to generate income. I feel blessed with a career that I absolutely love and living in a place that I consider paradise on earth! I am a licensed real estate broker in both South and North Carolina and am a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors®. I am excited to be working at Century 21®, the most recognized name in real estate and I am especially happy to be at Century 21 Thomas, a family-oriented, widely recognized and highly respected North Myrtle Beach real estate leader. My business and personal ethics are based on integrity and professionalism. I hope that when you have real estate needs in either South or North Carolina you will call me. Seller reviewAlthough living four hours from our property, Nancy took care of things that normally might have required my having to come down to do. She called me regularly to let me know how the sale was progressing and to answer questions I had or to make professional suggestions. The only trips I had to make was to remove any personal property not included in the contract. Since my wife died suddenly in September and I was left to take care of all the circumstances surrounding the listing and selling of the property. Knowing this my family called me regularly to ask questions about details of the sale that I happily replied to them that "Nancy took care of that". I would recommend Nancy to any potential client

Seller reviewOne of the reasons we selected Nancy was that we liked that Nancy lived within our neighborhood. This gave us a good sense that she knew how important we thought our property was. Nancy also sent us, and all property Owners involved with the dredging of our channels a monthly email progress update. This included the City public meeting dates, meeting minutes, etc. She is a good communicator. Laura and I would recommend Nancy to anyone who would be thinking of listing their property in the Cherry Grove Beach and/or the NMB area.
