In 1998 Nancy Weiner was my agent when I purchased the property on Mohawk Trail. Nancy was wonderful at that time. Through the years I would see her about town and she was always lovely and friendly and remembered me and my little house. Years later when my husband and I saw the house we currently own, I immediately found Nancy and she was able to show us the house the next day. We fell in love with our 1810 Farm house in Hebron. This house was bank owned and was a foreclosure so purchasing it was a long and grueling process. Nancy worked with my husband tirelessly and supported us through the entire process. It came time to put Mohawk Trail on the market and we knew that of course we would be listing it with Nancy. Although the house sold quickly, Nancy was excellent through the process. She walked us through it and told us what to do to make the house more aesthetically pleasing and suggested what to fix so that it wouldn't get hung up with inspections. She was also very helpful and honest regarding the selling price which I greatly appreciated. I had owned the house for 22+ years and it was a very emotional process for me. Nancy was there for me every step of the way. Her professionalism, knowledge, persistence and patience are just a few of her many wonderful qualities. I have recommended her and will continue to recommend her. She has become our friend!
