Buyer reviewNatalia was very helpful!! She was Nader stood what I was looking for and showed me several houses that fit my budget and criteria. She was also aware of my 6 hour drive to look at houses and she took that into consideration and did not waste my time. I already tecommend d her to a friend and will do so again! She's also funny and has a sense of humor which makes it easier when you're making a life long decision!!

Buyer reviewI cannot recommend Natalia as an agent enough. Her expertise and overall understanding of the business and how to relate it on a personal level has been a blessing to mysel and family. For just over a year of talks and calls and emails etc made the process of us buying/building our dream home in North Myrtle beach perfect. It took 6 months of calls before finally meeting her in person and spending two days on the strand talking and looking at homes all over. She didn't miss a beat and had a recollection of every conversation we had prior. She remembered things we talked about that I even forgotten! But after just over a year and few visits and countless hours of calls and texts we now own a Gorgeous new home and it all couldn't have been possible without Natalia. Buyer reviewhad some bad dealings with agents before, knew what questions to ask. she had all the right answers . you need a extremely excellent for the job she did for us. like I said you need a better than excellent for Natalia .we will be dealing with her again what ever company she is with.hopefully we will meet her on next buy.she did everything shot pics set up home insp.got the price we set. we did not see home till after close. it was better then we thought.
