They helped me relocate my tenant, provided spot on advice during my renovation, staged the house beautifully, and landed a deal for 20k over asking within 48hrs. The advice and expertise you provided throughout the process proved to be invaluable. Seriously though, if anyone is looking to buy or sell in Northern Va, I highly recommend consulting with them. My family and I came in from out of town for a weekend to look at homes. Natalie set aside two days to personally show us houses in different areas around Northern Virginia, ranging from Loudoun to Fairfax to Stafford counties. She showed us 18 homes in less than 36 hours. She possesses an excellent knowledge of the Northern Virginia area and the current market. She was extremely patient as I peppered her with questions. Her knowledge ensured that the only offer that we made over the course of the weekend was smart, competitive, and ultimately accepted with no counter-offers from the sellers.
