Nathan serves on the Leadership Team of CENTURY 21 Integra as the Senior Vice President of Growth, overseeing recruiting and mergers & acquisition activities for the company's entire footprint of offices in 10+ states. Nathan came to CENTURY 21 in 2005 as a REALTOR and has a property management and public relations background. Since then, he has had the honor of helping hundreds of clients sell and buy homes. In addition, CENTURY 21 has recognized Nathan with the prestigious President's Producer Award for his commitment to a high level of customer service and productivity; this award is only given to a small percentage of CENTURY 21 agents. He obtained his managing broker's license in 2017 and served as a manager in Naperville, Illinois, overseeing the growth and operations of a top-ranking CENTURY 21 Illinois office, before taking on the role of Vice President of Growth for his previous company's 48 offices.

Buyer reviewNathan Brown is fantastic. He showed us a couple houses at the beginning in different areas to give us a feel for what to expect. Then and more importantly, he let us know the areas we should be looking at that were in our price range with the features we wanted. It seems pretty obvious that a realtor points you in a direction but Nate narrowed down our search to a couple communities that fit perfectly within our requirements so we weren't wasting time on endless showings and all night property searches. He eliminated the 95% of properties we wouldn't have wanted but would have wasted time on so we could really vet the 5% that were real options. My wife and I will only choose Nathan Brown for our realtor needs.

Seller reviewWorking with Nathan was a very pleasurable and painless process in selling our home. At our first meeting, he was well prepared with market research of our home and others in the area. He demonstrated a solid knowledge of the market and helped us price our home appropriately. Nathan did an excellent job setting up our listing promptly. The photos of our home made for a beautiful display, highlighting the nice features and really brought out the finer points of the home. Our home sold in 1 day, so we didn't have open houses to deal with. If we had, I'm sure Nathan would have handled that great as well. Nathan is very polite, friendly and he is easy to approach with any concerns we had. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
