Buyer reviewNate Elfner was a blessing when it came to our first time home buying experience! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain concepts to us so that we could better understand and feel comfortable. Nate never tried to talk us into or out of a house but simply would point out different details that we would not have thought to look at or consider. Nate made us feel confident in our purchase and that we were not in this alone. Buyer reviewIt was a real pleasure working with Nate. We walked through several homes and he was very helpful in pointing out potential issues w/mechanical things that I had no clue about! He cares about his clients and is not out to sell you something just to make a sale. Nate also gave me great advice when it came to negotiating an offer with the sellers and other potential buyers. He patiently walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and never left me "in the dark". I highly recommend Nate for his professionalism, experience and knowledge.

He is very well keeping you up to date on property's and the one your trying to buy. I Would recommend Nate Elfner to anyone to work with Nate.
