Seller reviewSelling mountain property is not an easy proposition you need to find the right person. Someone that likes the ruggedness and isn't bothered by steep terrain. Neil Geyer understands that, he determined what the true market value of the property was and set a plan in place to find that right person. Neil handled the negations with the buyer's agents, which included multiple questions form the buyer. The original offer and accepted offer only took a few days and we closed in 30 days. In my opinion Neil did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him.
