Seller reviewWant to sell your house? Go with Neil Rubsam at Century 21. There were several homes in my neighborhood that sat on the market for months, if not years. There was one property that moved and that broker was Neil Rubsam. Seeing his success, I wondered why other home sellers in the area didn't use him. Anyways, a short time later, I put my house up for sale and I used Neil. He was a consummate professional that really knew the market and what kind of price our home would bring. Within 2 weeks, we had an offer. This was in the same neighborhood where home sales continued to languish. Neil was phenomenal and really earned his commission as the buyers through one curve ball after another at us. He kept us on even keel and helped seal the deal. He's a trustworthy guy and I felt he always had my best interests in the negotiations. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend Neil Rubsam

Buyer reviewNeil went above an beyond for us on two homes and a list of complications. He never differentiated between home values and customers, as were shopping in a lower priced market and felt he gave us excellent service. His communications were excellent and timely. He also provided information on local contractors and services that aided in the long distance process. If you are looking for a home in the Central VA area, and want to deal with someone who respects your budget, deals with the details and is responsive, then just call Neil.
