He is very professional and takes you through all the steps to decide what is best for you and your family. He is amazing, if I was to purchase another home, I would definitely call him again!

He is always available to answer all my questions, even LATE NIGHTS!! He worked with me in my search for my beautiful home and helped me to understand all the things that I knew nothing about. Worked outside of hours and time away from his family to make sure that I was satisfied and that is what I call going OVER AND BEYOND! I am so blessed to have ran across Nelson, he has became a friend! I appreciate Nelson's services and knowledge of the community. He was very patient and didn't rush me into anything. Even when I did not get the first loan amount, he stayed in contact with me and follow up through it all. There are so many loop holes in home buying and Nelson made sure to keep me in the loop of things from start to finish. The programs, the tips, the services just all in general, I am so thankful for.
