She has decades of experience in realestate, she knows people and she knowes how to read and understand people. She is a true artist in realeastate. No con. Just true love of the business. As a sellor, she helped me prepare and show my property to it's best advantage. When a proppective buyer raised questions, she walked me through the negotations. After the contract was signed and her job was done, and I had moved on, she still staed in place, to assist me and the buyer, with leftover items I thought had no value but, were worth many hundreds of dollars of value. She spent her time, money and effort to protect my fiancial benefits. Nena is the best realator in Redding or any where near there.
