As a 20 year resident of Volusia County, I have extensive knowledge of our local communities. I work hard for my clients to ensure the Buying/Selling process is as seamless as possible. I was born and raised in Florida and have the knowledge of this area and surrounding communities; including public and private schools, hospitals, clubs, local activities, eateries, shopping and attractions. I am an alumni of Bethune-Cookman University and I am a member of The Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Staging Association and the National Association of Realtors. I hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) and the Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR). My hobbies include interior design, reading, shopping and traveling. However, what I enjoy most is spending time with my hubby and 3 children! Beautiful person and personality and made the whole experience amazingly pleasurable. Even after the purchase, Neshia was available into the early morning hour for my late night/early morning arrival to make sure of my ability to gain entrance into my new home. She quickly assessed my worries and concerns putting me at ease with the new sellers market and how best to proceed. Her patience was reassuring as I frequently challenged her to find my ideal home. I came away from this experience I as a believer, despite my previous unsuccessful attempts to purchase a home on my own. She is an excellent negotiator with a eye for detail, making the sure the property was worth my wild. Because of her quick thinking and experience I was able to capitalize on my house because of an agreement she secured with the seller to offer me the house first if the previous buyer fell through. Honestly most agents I've dealt with would've given up and tried to convince me to compromise my requirements for some else. But she never gave up, and to her credit found me two houses simultaneously, the best of which reside in now. Thank you, I really couldn't have navigated through this without her guidance.
