I have worked with Nick in the past and based on that experience he was my first and only choice. I'd have reservations about using any other broker. During the entire experience I never really felt that I was on my own because I knew that I had Nicks expertise and honesty at my disposal to fill in knowledge gaps, remove roadblocks, guide me through the entire process steps and give me honest opinions and feedback. I just went to the Century 21 web site and signed up. Nick was recommended to me by his office. I picked Century mainly because I've never heard anything negative about them and they are well known. Nick was there every step of the way. Seems like he really likes being a realtor. He knew what was needed to be done by all parties involved.

Nicholas Blesz has made my experience in buying a home extremely easy. He kept in constant communication with my attorney, and my loan officer. He has answered all my questions immediately.
