Buyer reviewNicholas Soloman After a few accidental run ins with Mr. Soloman. We found him to be extremely inviting, We noticed almost immediately that he was not just out to slam us in a home, and seemed to have a genuine kindness and concern for us not just as customers but as friends and family. He did exactly what we needed him to do, without asking him. Things like, finding the faults in a home that could put us in serious debt, if purchased. If he was unsure of any question we had, he did not hesitate to find the answer. Mr. Soloman was always at the house we were looking at before we were. He did not put the sale first, as I would expect out of any other salesman. We never felt any high pressure to make a decision. I have a great deal of respect for the patience, kindness and professionalism Nicholas Soloman has shown and stuck to over the long duration of finding the rite home for us. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank You Very Much, for ALL you have done for us!!!!

Buyer reviewI lived in the cities and I couldn't find a realtor who wanted to show me a house in this area. I put several emails out to brokers in this county and Nicholas Solomon was the ONLY one to respond to my email. He even responded late that night, minutes after my email was sent. Words can not express how much Nick did for us. He was very knowledgeable about the area, the care of larger acreage, raising animals, septic, people in the area. He listened to every criteria we needed and he did not pressure for us to settle into something that really didn't fit our needs. He did not give up. He was with us until the very end. Nick explained every form and every detail as they came up, we were in direct contact through text, phone, and email through all strange hours, but he was always there!! What can I say but Nick Solomon is the BEST!!! I would trust him with any of my closest friends or relatives. I definitely trust him to tell me the truth for my best interest and not fabricate things to make a quick sale. He always returned text, phone call, emails quickly. I was never wondering if he would contact me back, I knew he would! Nick is amazing! He really knows how to get the job done.
