Nichole was born in Huntsville, AL. She moved to Jacksonville in 1999 when her father joined the Marine Corps. Nichole graduated from Richlands High School and moved to Wilmington, NC to attend college. After attending school, she came back home to Onslow County, which she has proudly called home for over 20 years.
Nichole began her real estate career in property management, which led to her path of obtaining the skills and training for helping others realize the American dream. Nichole is very excited to have the opportunity in assisting you with all your real estate needs.
When Nichole has time away from the office, she loves to spend time with her husband, friends, and family. She loves to be anywhere near the water, boating, or just admiring the view. She loves to share her love of the outdoors and water with her dog, Ramsey.

Buyer reviewFrom the initial contact with Nichole, she was pleasant and personable. Even though we did not live in the area and were not planning on moving for awhile, she still set us up with visibility into the Jacksonville NC market. We were able to watch and look at houses as we prepared to make the long move. I said initially that I would get back in contact once we were ready for a serious search. She did not send unnecessary follow ups. She listened and let us contact her when we were ready. That was much appreciated. As stated before, Nichole was available and attentive to details. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and has great communication skills! It is a crazy real estate market here in 2021 and Nichole helped us navigate with ease. Nichole listened very well to our needs and wants and able to match us with several properties. We are very happy with our experience. Nichole was absolutely available and made us feel like we were her only customer. She was quick to respond to all questions and was completely available for house viewings. I don't know how she does it, but we were very pleased.

We weren't receiving any communication from our mortgage company and Nichole intervened to make that communication happen. She followed the closing process closely to make sure we weren't double charged for things we had already paid for. She was there right up until the last paper was signed.
