Buyer reviewI have contacted agents in the past on property that I was interested in, but the property was pending or sold, the agents never kept in touch to show other property, I was getting frustrated! I viewed property on century 21 website, called Nick Nelson, property was pending, he said I can show you other property. I wanted to wait, I had 6 months left on a renters lease. Nick told me when your ready give me a call, and I will keep in touch with you, I was thinking yeah right! my husband was skeptical too! But Nick did just that, kept in touch, sent me photo's of homes I might be interested in. My husband said, we need to keep Nick as our agent!!! We did! Never been happier! found the perfect home for us!! I can't thank Nick Nelson enough, he went ALL OUT to make us happy! I would recommend Nick Nelson to all my friends. thank you so much again!! Best agent and company, I would highly recommend!

Buyer reviewNick is a good long-time friend of mine, but I had never done business with him in this capacity as a real estate agent. I had recent experience both buying and selling a home with a different agent, so I had a good basis for assessing his performance. With that said, Nick did a great job with this transaction and really exceeded my expectations. He did a great job representing our needs as a buyer, researching properties that met our specs and helping us negotiate with the seller to ensure that we didn't overpay. All in all, it was a great experience and I definitely will be recommending Nick to my friends and family for their next real estate purchase or sale.
