Nick was amazing to work with. His attention to detail was unmatched! He was involved from the first step to beyond closing. We have bought and sold many homes and this experience has to be one of the best. He listens to you and is very thorough. I have never had a realtor respond to text messages or phone calls as quickly as Nick. He shared his knowledge and made us feel comfortable in every aspect of the home buying process. Nick was great to work with! He was personally recommended by two of our neighbors and he did not disappoint!! He seemed to be the only agent we interviewed that appreciated the improvemts we had made and what our house could be worth. He was very patient with us and worked very hard to close our house prior to a planned vacation we were taking. Nick was extremely patient with us!! It took us 2 years to find the right house. He remained patient and never gave up on us. Nick was always attentive and accessible no matter what time of day. He listened to our wants and needs. He had relevant comments and suggestions. But knew when to step back and give us time. Especially when we were so undecided as to where we wanted to live. Nick is very kind, patient, and hard working. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. We definitely will use Nick again and refer him to friends and family.
