When Nicki contacted me, I was thinking she had found me through my lender. However, I think I may have signed up on the Century 21 website. I'm not sure. That being said, after talking to Nicki on the phone, I knew she was the person we wanted to work with. She understood our issues, as we were moving from Washington to Wisconsin and we wouldn't be able to see the house until we purchased it and moved. It would be even more tricky given that we were getting a VA loan and the VA requires extra inspections. She was willing to do virtual tours for us, and was always so patient and kind, even after I sent her to look at other houses that we didn't buy. When my mom's friend was selling the house, Nicki helped us with the process even though the seller didn't have an Agent, she stayed on top of what we needed to do and what we needed the seller to do. Nicki is so organized and she knew how to keep everything moving forward. She's absolutely the best! I couldn't have asked for a better Agent! If we ever had to buy a house again, I'd have Nicki helping me! If we have any friends who are looking to buy a house, we'll refer them to Nicki! We think Nicki was a God-sent because we couldn't have done it without her!

Nicki is excellent. She's super knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. She's very organized and keeps things moving along to meet closing date goals. It's reassuring when you're at closing and the title company and banker comment on how good your realtor is! Nicki went above and beyond our expectations to gather information about the property. She had creative ideas and noticed everything about the property that we missed. She has the perfect personality and way of presenting herself to make you feel 100% comfortable. Nikki is the BEST! When I ran into a glitch with my lender because of the HOA I was buying into she was able to provide me with the name of a new lender who went out of their way to provide me with quick and excellent service in a very timely manner. She would communicate with me every step of the way, was great on following up on everything needing to be done if things seemed to stall and kept me in the loop the entire time. I would recommend Nikki to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Eau Claire area. She knows her stuff and is very easy to work with.
