Nicole went above and beyond to help me get a home that matched my needs and my budget. She was willing to meet me anytime to ensure I found the right home, in the right area, at the right price. Nicole was honest and open about the challenges of the current market and she assisted me in facing those challenges to help me get the perfect house. I always enjoyed looking at options with Nicole because she gave the perfect amount of support, never steering me in a direction but giving her professional opinion in an open and honest way. I also felt confident relying on some of her knowledge of the intricacies of the appraisal and arduous FHA approval process. She always answered her texts and emails, or clarified further with a call if needed. Nicole went over all the paperwork and everything with a fine-tooth comb, ensuring that there were no hiccups in the process. The closing went off without a hitch in part because of her dedication and attention to detail. She worked well with the seller's agent and with my bank to ensure that we had all of our ducks in a row to have a quick, efficient, and on-time closing. Nicole was amazing to work with! Nicole was kind and open throughout the process, supporting and cheering me along throughout. I truly appreciate everything that Nicole did to help me purchase my first home!
