I was very anxious about purchasing my first home but Nicole made the process feel like a breeze. I can not stress enough how important it is to find a great real-estate agent like Nicole. I looked at many different homes with Nicole and she was so patient. She allowed me to go through the process of figuring out what I wanted out of a home without rushing me just to get the sale. When I became doubtful that the perfect home just wasn't out there for me she remained positive and encouraging. Nicole would offer feed back on each home we visited pointing out the good points and also the not so good points. She went into each room of the house with me, down every basement, up every attic, and around the perimeter of the property, even in the rain. When I tried to convince myself into a certain home she would offer her advice about why the house was not the one for me. I knew I had the right agent when I was anxious about the number of homes I looked at and she told me that she would rather have her clients look at multiple homes so that they know when they find the right one. She would often tell me that I'll "just know" when I find the right house. I was doubtful but I'm glad I listened because my perfect home did come around!
