Buyer reviewNicole is thoroughly knowledgeable about the local market. We had mobility issues to consider and she was able to get needed additional information quickly. She was able to recommend other competent and helpful people such as a loan originator, an attorney, a home inspector, etc., so that we were able to complete the purchase with a minimum of anxiety. The COVID-19 pandemic was beginning to unfold in the middle of the purchase. Nicole allayed our fears and kept the process on track. I recommend her enthusiastically and without reservation.

Buyer reviewNicole was constantly sending us houses that fit our criteria before we actually met in person and went over a few of the houses. That went on for almost 4-5 months before we decided to start seeing them in person. Once we met in person, she observed what we liked and didnt like in houses and continued to narrow down houses that jumped out to us, before bringing it up to us. This was uncommon for us as others just tossed in houses within the price ranges and nothing more. There are many things that allow Nicole Ruggiero to function as an amazing realtor but her evolving our housing choices and basing them off what we liked, didnt like from previous houses we checked out was simply, going over the top for her job and us. When we are ready to move or purchase again, we hope Nicole is still around to make this process that much easier. Thanks again Nicole!!!
