I love her professionalism. She has a great personality and is super knowledgeable on every aspect of her job. She walked me through every step of the way. She knows the market and value of property. She included me in every communication between the buyers agent and herself. Just amazed at her performance and would highly recommend her to anyone in need. Nicole made it so easy. I let her know from the start I was extremely nervous and she handled every little detail. If I am needing to purchase another property she is definitely going to get a call from me.

Nicole went above and beyond and made herself available on weekends and later in the evening if I had any questions or needing to see a home. I couldn't ask for a better realtor!!! I had a great over all experience.

Nicole Tucci was so helpful through out the sale of my home. She was always checking on my house when I moved back up north. She made for sure all was good from running water to sweeping off porches. We found Nicole's name on the listing for the house, I think we were looking in Zillow. We got in at the very last minute to submit a bid. Nicole was highly responsive even tho we slammed her with emails and phone calls after normal working hours in the evening. We didn't get the house we bid on, but we were so pleased with her responsiveness and efforts that we told her if we found anything else, we'd call her. And we did. Nicole represented our interests throughout the purchase process, caught errors in title document and figures, and even provided guidance to the Title company because she had experience with our situation. That's incredible impressive. But Nicole has a great deal of experience and used her knowledge to protect our interest and help us throughout. Another "above and beyond" example is when we found out that the plumbing had been leaking under the house for so long that there was a pool of water under most the entire building. I asked if she would please get someone to turn off the main water to the house for us, because we were in Canada and still had several weeks before closing. She and her husband, who is a plumber (yay!!!!!), both drove out and took care of this request right away. This was a huge relief for us, not to mention that it immediately stopped further damage to the house. On closing day, Nicole came out to the house to ensure everything went well. If we ever were to purchase another house, we will call Nicole. She is knowledgeable, professional and watches those details. What a great advocate to have on your side.
