Our purchase was a very difficult and challenging transaction, Nidia was a source of strength and knowledge through out the process and was always available to us. She was like a part of our family. Always on time always respectful of our decisions.. she's always happy smiling and always has he car super clean lol. Nidia Peguero always took the time to listen and go the full distance to help us understand anything we didn't. Always giving us idea and always keeping our kids in mind and that to me is very important. So yes our answer to all These questions is we are very happy after working with Nidia Peguero….

Seller reviewSelling my home and buying a new home is probably the most stressful thing I have ever done. The one positive part of all this was my incredible agent Nidia Peguero. Without her knowledge, guidance and most of all her patience with me and my anxiety I woud not have been able to do this. When ever I was ready to give up or had doubts that it would happen I reached out to her and she always showed me the positive to this and woud come by and sit with us as long as we needed her. She always answered the phone and many times at last minute would meet us at a house to view. She not only sold my home at what we asked for she also helped us to find the perfect home for us and was never afraid to tell us when the home we looked at was not for us. I cannot say enough good about Nidia and would recommend her highly to anyone looking to sell or buy. Thank you Nidia I will always think of you as a friend.
