Niki is my favorite realtor ever. Unfortunately we ran into issues with my financial institute during part of the purchase of a new property from this sale. Niki helped push this through by contacting the loan officer; repeatedly. I can't stress enough how hard of a worker she is and will get your place sold. She also will spend whatever time it takes to find the right place for you. Niki was willing to go to Monroe, Tecumseh, and Bedford repeatedly until we found my wife's dream home... hundreds and hundreds of miles traveled over the last few months.

Niki was very patient & uderstanding in what proved to be a trying purchase.

Niki was awesome!!! She was so helpful, being a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and she was always available to help me through the process. One of the nicest, and patient people I've ever met. Working with her was a great experience it felt like house shopping with a friend. Would recommend to everyone I know!

I recently relocated to the Detroit area for work. My other residence is about 600 miles away, so it was challenging to arrange viewings. I attempted this on my own at first, but that became a huge hassle. A lot of realtors would take a long time to reply to internet inquiries, and some would never even contact. Then there was Niki... I submitted an inquiry on a property in Wyandotte. Within about 10 minutes, I had a text asking to show the property. I was so impressed with her quick turnaround, I asked her to show me a few more properties when I visited the area. Two days later, I was back in Michigan, and she had made all of the appointments for showings. Ms. Grigg was also polite enough to drive me around. This was a huge help to me, not being familiar with the area. We didn't waste any time looking at the properties, which I was a fan of. My agenda was to buy a house or condo that week and move on with business. We covered about 30 miles and looked at 5 properties in just a few hours. She was very informed on the areas and provided very helpful information. It took me a few days to make a decision between 2 properties. But, once I did, she made sure everything was in order... I closed on my place in about 10 days. That's amazing, and I didn't think that was even possible. As far as personality goes, Niki is a gem. I would describe her as a social butterfly. I loved it... she was very warm and listened very well to what I was looking for. This is the first time I've continued to communicate with my realtor after the purchase. I truly do recommend her as an agent. She is very dependable and I feel that anyone could rely on her to keep a commitment.

Nikki was very attentive to our needs in negotiating our price and setting up meeting with the sellers and our home inspection person. She was very accessible any time of day and night to answer our questions and deal with our concerns while purchasing this property.
