Buyer reviewAfter talking to her and then going to view a few places, I knew Nikki Free was the only agent I wanted to work with. She asked question and listened to what was important to me. I have very limited time and she was willing to screen houses for me. She worked hard to get my viewings together and at times convenient for me. Plus, she is very pleasant. All this was very important in my selection of an agent. I have absolutely no complaints about Nikki. She is the best agent I've ever had. I've bought 6 homes, myself, and used many realtors in between - she has been my best and favorite. We worked together for 1.5 yrs before finding my perfect home and she always responded quickly and I feel she bent over backwards for me.

Seller reviewMy parent's home only had one offer in over a year, the old school realtor didn't know how to reach today's current internet savvy buyer. We needed someone that could market this vacation/retirement home to the whole state not just in northern Wisconsin. She didn't mind that the property was 2 hrs away, she was more that willing to drive up as many times as needed to show the property. As luck would have it she only needed to make three trips: 1. to take pictures and put up her 3 large yard signs, 2. to show the property which was the eventual buyer and 3 to take her signs down. Nikki Free sold the home in 5 DAYS! She is a very motivated woman that will bend over backwards to sell your home. I wish we would have switched to her sooner!
