Seller reviewNikolina is very reliable and professional. She let us know exactly what we need to get in order prior to sale. We made said changes and she had 45 showings in three days. We sold for well above asking price which is not necessarily because of her but when the ppl walked into the floor plan she recommended the place sold itself. She was very good At keeping in contact with my wife and I as we have conflicting schedules and the little pandemic thing. She's a genuine person and clearly loves what she does.
