Affiliations: Former Executive Board Member for the Junior League of Bryan/College Station. My family and I are active members of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan Philosophy: I rarely use the term "customer." Rather, I prefer to use the word "client." To me, "customer" implies a one-sided relationship in which someone simply purchases a product. On the other hand, a "client" is someone that is respected and cherished. My job is to make certain a client has the best experience possible and this includes forming a relationship with them that is genuine and life-long. My husband Robby and I have been married nearly four years and have a daughter named Leah Marie. She will be two in August.

Seller reviewShe always communicated to us where we were every step of the way on the selling of our house process. She continued to come up with ideas to help sell our house. We chose not to have an open house due to some obstacles that we had to work around. We still had to work around even when just showing the house. She always made sure if we needed help or what she could do to ensure success. She helped keep us on tract during the whole process of listing to selling. She always made sure we were okay. She is the best agent around!!!!! If you need to buy or sell your house she's the one you want!!!!!

Seller reviewA friend recommended Nina and she was quick to respond through Facebook after she was included in a Facebook message. Nina was exceptional when it came to the sale of our home. She had an emergency C-section prior to getting our home ready to list but she handled everything through another agent for a short period of time. We never felt left out in the cold and received such good care. She was also able to be there when contractors needed to get into our home as we were out of state much of the sale process. With us being out of the state for most of the process, I felt like we were always #1 on her to-do list and that made a huge difference in our positive relationship we had with Nina. Century 21 Beal handled all our needs with great care.
