Noel Fratto was a pleasure to work with. Noel was very knowledgeable, patient and always available to answer questions and get answers to issues with critical deadlines. If Noel didn't have the answer she was quick to find the answer or solution to my problem. Noel went above and beyond what was expected of her. Noel is very friendly as well as respectful to all that was involved in the sale of the house. I would recommend Noel to friends and family and without a doubt use Noel with future Real Estate endeavours.

Noel arrived on property due to other Century 21 rep named Brough cancelled at last minute stating " too far " to view property. My sister's property needed to be sold sooner than later. I live in Florida, logistics and physical issues adding to my increased stress--- I wanted to meet someone who could explain " in plain English " the details in selling property. Well, it was Noel Fratto !!! She was so tuned in to my needs, so empathic, so responsive to me. Noel resolved issues in record time in her efforts to finalize the sale.
