What house came on the market we were one of the first to look at it. We seen several houses and he never once got frustrated with us turning them down. Once we found our dream home he stopped at nothing day and night to make sure we got that home. The process of escrow was fast and painless. We are now living in our dream home thanks to him we couldn't be happier.

Seller reviewNoel Meehan is indeed the best ageny on the planet, he is extremely professional and knowlegeable in all expect of the real estate market. From the beginning he advised us as to how to prepare declutter our home for the market. Helped in the staging, was available anytime we needed his advise. He even made sure that the neighborhood was neat and clean picking up trash on the corner and in the alley. Again, we would use him in a heartbeat and refer him to anyone who is looking to buy or sale their property. Noel was a miracle worker in respect to the prep and sale of our home, we thank him from the bottom of our hearts, we had other agents that would not even follow up with us about our needs. Beyond excellent! Superb performance, would highly recommend to any one. Noel Meehan, is one in a billion in real estate. You will never go wrong with him and his expertise in the real estate market. Only if we could take him with us when we look for a home out of state.
